We have 6 sheep, well 7 really, because Frankie Bloomers (pictured left above), thinks he is a sheep. Leila, Dolly, Faith, Hope, Tabatha and Tinkerbell. Dolly is a Herdwick, Leila, a mountain sheep and then we have 4 ‘easy cares’. They are very friendly and affectionate, however, because Leila (she was left with a broken leg by the farmer) and Dolly were not with us at first, they are both very nervous of new people. Many times, when I have been low, Dolly has come up to me and given me a cuddle. She just seems to know and sense how I am feeling. Hope, Faith, Tabatha and Tinkerbell were orphaned at birth and were due to be destroyed. They can be very boisterous, as they are very confident. We raised Faith & Hope from babies with bottles and rescued Tabatha and Tinkerbell from another sanctuary that had closed down nearby. They had aslo been raised from babies with. bottles. They are fun and full of love and life.
